Whanau Ora Navigator

Whakapai Hauora are seeking a Registered or Comprehensive Nurse to join its Health Team to implement this new and exciting role. The successful candidate shall be working prodominantly with high risk whanau under the ages of 30 who are not enrolled with a health provider and are isolated from critical support systems, to enable whanau to reach Whanau Ora.
